x-ray technician
its going to take more than 1 year
You could be an x-ray tech but that takes two years. I don’t know of anyting one year that works with equipment.
there is a hig need for lab techs, and its a high paying and great job to get into. You could work in a hospital amung the nurses and doctors, taking blood, using the equipment that is used to analyse it…its a good possibilty for you. Or there’s x-ray techs if you want to go further and really get into using the equipment, but its a very hard program and a lot to be learned….of course so is a lab tech but its more people oriented than machine oriented. Less anatomy than an x-ray tech would need.
If you are not willing to invest in more than a year of training or schooling, you will not get the pay you want.
Possibly Respiratory Therapist….although I am not sure how long the schooling is for that.
I work in the Medical Field and here are some suggestions for you but I don’t know what the salary’s are and you will probably need some college classes……
X-ray Tech
Surgical Tech
Phelebotomist
Security
OB Tech
ER Tech
Respiratory Therapist at a community college still takes 2 years. Phlebotomist (lab tech) takes one year Check out this site:
