Does anyone know the qualifications required to work as a nurse on a special care baby unit in england?

was just wondering what qualifications i would need to enable me to train as a nurse in a special care baby unit, how many gcses i need and how many a levels i need or if a BTEC in health and social care would help? thanks
to go to uni and get a general nursing degree what a levels do i need?

    go to a red cross and get some nurse/babysitting training then ask them of some qualifications, i had some babysitting training there once

    You usually have to get your general nursing degree first before you are able to specialize and get your NICU training. You do that as part of your nursing training, but you need to do your general nursing degree first.
